Hilton Head Beachfront Vacations

A 50% deposit per rental is required to confirm a Hilton Head beachfront vacation, villa or home reservation.
The balance of the reservation charge is due at least two weeks prior to
arrival. Payment may be made by personal, business or cashier's check,
money order, or any major credit card.

A credit card number with expiration date and your signature is required for
all reservations. This authorization form serves as a security deposit for
any possible damages that may occur.

Cancellations:

Hilton Head beachfront villa cancellations require a 30 day written notification prior to arrival.
Home cancellations require a 60 day written notification prior to arrival.
There is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation of villas/homes less that
30/60 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
